02How do you price work?
- Delivery work is quoted as a fixed price against a written scope and a definition of done, never billed hourly. Retainers are a rolling monthly fee. You get the number after a short call, before any commitment.
03Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
- You do. On final payment, all intellectual property created specifically for you under the engagement is assigned to you. A5 Tech retains rights only to generic tooling and methods, never to your data or your domain logic.
04Do you work with companies outside Estonia?
- Yes. A5 Tech OÜ works remotely with teams across the European Union and beyond. As an EU company, invoicing uses the reverse charge mechanism for VAT-registered businesses outside Estonia.
05Is the work GDPR compliant?

- A5 Tech OÜ runs a core team and sizes it to each project rather than staffing from a fixed bench you would be paying to keep busy. Every engagement has senior technical ownership, and the people who scope the work are involved in building it. Some projects are delivered directly, some with trusted partners, and some alongside your own team — you are always told who is working on your project and what they are doing.
